Designed as an educational experience, this class blends traditional herbal frameworks with modern scientific context, emphasizing observation, safety, and thoughtful application. Participants are guided through foundational concepts while gaining hands-on experience preparing herbal remedies they can confidently incorporate into daily life. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR Classes are led by the founder of NG Apothecary, a holistic health practitioner and clinical herbalist with over 15 years of experience working with medicinal plants and over a decade of experience as an herbal business owner. This work began from lived experience. Herbalism became a tool for understanding the body and creating daily support during periods of chronic stress, grief, and emotional healing. Over time, this personal practice expanded into formal study, community education, and the creation of NG Apothecary. With a background in Human Biology and ongoing academic training, instruction bridges ancestral herbal knowledge with scientific literacy and practical application.
