The Follow-Up Herbal Consultation at NG Apothecary is a 60-minute session designed for returning clients who have completed an initial consultation and are continuing their personalized wellness journey. These sessions offer space to check in, refine, and adjust herbal and lifestyle support as patterns evolve. Rather than starting from scratch, follow-ups build on the foundation already established, allowing for deeper observation, education, and alignment over time. What This Session Focuses On Follow-up consultations center on ongoing support and refinement, guided by the client’s experiences since their initial session. Each session may include: Review of current herbal protocols and daily practices Observation of energetic shifts and lifestyle changes Continued pulse observation informed by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic frameworks Discussion of how the body is responding to herbal support Refinement of nutrition, movement, and daily rituals as needed Exploration of new or adjusted herbal approaches based on current needs These sessions are designed to remain flexible, responsive, and supportive, honoring the body’s natural ability to change over time. What’s Included Each Follow-Up Herbal Consultation includes: A 60-minute personalized session Updates to the existing herbal and lifestyle support protocol Adjusted herbal recommendations based on current patterns and preferences Continued education on: Herbal preparations and usage Supportive dietary considerations Sustainable daily practices Optional formulation of custom herbal creations, which may include: Tisanes (tea blends) Extracts Salves or topical preparations Custom herbal products may be purchased separately if desired. Cancellation Policy
Policy Description To reserve your consultation time, a $50 deposit is required at booking. • Deposit: The $50 deposit secures your appointment and is non-refundable. • Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, and the deposit will transfer to the new date. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will result in loss of the deposit. • Balance: The remaining session balance (if applicable) is due at the time of the consultation. • Emergencies: Genuine emergencies will always be treated with care and understanding. Booking a consultation indicates acceptance of this policy. Thank you for honoring this shared time and energetic space.
