Join us at NG Apothecary for our next Bible & Tea Hour — a sacred, unhurried space where community gathers over warm cups and open hearts. We'll have tea and snacks, and as always, the most important thing you can bring is yourself.
This month, we're sitting with a teaching that asks us to look inward rather than outward. We'll spend our time in Matthew 15, where Jesus is questioned about tradition — about washing hands, about the rules we keep to appear clean, acceptable, right. And His answer turns the question inside out: it is not what enters a person that defiles them. It's what comes from within.
We'll sit with that honestly. What lives in the heart that we don't always let ourselves see? What comes out of us —…
