This product is great! It did help me sleep longer through the night BUT my insomnia is so bad that- this doesn’t work to get me to actually go to sleep.. It just helps me stay asleep, if I can get to that point. I’d recommend this for anyone who does NOT have gnarly insomnia that keeps you up until 3-4am everyday. This would be great for regular people looking for a better rest.
